By accessing AgentHuman ("Service") you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
AgentHuman is a surgical precision outreach system that replaces mass automation with deep research and targeted messaging for B2B leaders. Beta features may change without notice.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be legally competent and use a business e-mail. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials.
4. Fees & Payment
The early-access version is free. If pricing is introduced you will receive 30 days' notice and may cancel before charges apply.
5. Acceptable Use
No spam, illegal content, reverse engineering or reselling without permission.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its underlying code are owned by Grzegorz Mocko. All rights reserved.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties will protect any non-public information exchanged.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
Service provided "as is", without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; total liability is capped at €100 or the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
10. Indemnification
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may cancel at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
12. Governing Law & Venue
Spanish law applies. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Barcelona, unless you are a consumer.
13. Changes
We may revise these Terms; material changes will be emailed 30 days in advance.
